We are looking for people excited about innovation and technology, willing to contribute to attractive projects with a high impact on society using innovative technologies. If you have already concluded your PhD and are interested in working in the development of sustainable biofuels based on green hydrogen, this position could be for you!
We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- PhD
- Experience with AspenPlus and/or process simulation
- Fluency in written and verbal communication in English
ROLE
You will integrate M-ECO2 Agenda – Industrial cluster for advanced biofuel production, a collaborative R&D project co-funded through the Resilience and Recovery Plan (PRR-IAPMEI) that aims to develop a highly innovative industrial cluster for the production of advanced sustainable biofuels based on green hydrogen and residual feedstocks. With this main objective in mind, you’ll participate actively in the research and demonstration activities of the project focusing on chemical process flow analysis at Portuguese industrial scale, evaluation of energy and material flows in chemical processes or thermodynamic.
CONDITIONS
We offer the integration into a dynamic and enthusiastic team for the development of research activities under an unspecified fixed-term employment contract up to 34 months.
We expect you to start from May 2023 and your work will be developed at our facilities at IST TagusPark.
