Inês concluded her master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Beira Interior (UBI), Portugal. Her Master Dissertation entitled “Dynamic Behavior of a Single Droplet Impinging onto a Sloped Surface” focused on the impact of jet-fuel and biofuel droplets onto a dry surface with a cross flowing and sloped surface. Her ambition to work on a greener solution to reduce greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions in the transport sector led her to follow a PhD program focused on the implementation of biofuel in the aviation sector through the introduction of nanoparticles into alternative fuels.
