David is a Business and Policy Innovation Consultant with experience in several projects around the globe, with a focus in Europe. He has worked as a mentor and coach for startups and in innovation projects with SMEs, Multinationals and Governments.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering from Louvain School of Management, Université catholique de Louvain, a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia, Universidade Nova de Lisboa; having graduated summa cum laude (top 1%) in all.
David is the youngest person having ever represented Portugal at the United Nations (during the 73rd United Nations General Assembly) and has worked with renowned institutions and companies, such as BMW, McKinsey, the World Health Organisation, the Portuguese Government, among many other.
David’s research focuses on innovative policy making, in the health sector, and venture capital.
