National Science Summit 08/07/2019

The National Science Summit '19 is taking place at Centro de Congressos de Lisboa, until July 10th, aiming at promoting a broad debate on the main topics and challenges of the scientific agenda beyond the world of research, stimulating the participation and interaction between researchers, the business sector and the general public.

The sessions occur from 9 am to 7 pm. Everyday day there are two Plenary Sessions and several parallel sessions with a duration of 90 minutes each. The detailed program is available here.

The meeting Ciência 2019 is promoted by the Foundation for Science and Technology in collaboration with the National Agency for Scientific and Technological Culture – Ciência Viva, and the Parliamentary Commission of Education and Science, and has the institutional support of the Government through the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education.
