IN+ researchers among the top influential in the world 08/02/2021
A study released by the University of Standford at the end of 2020, puts 99 Técnico researchers among the most influential scientists in the world, in various fields. Two of them are researchers at IN+.
Sohel Murshed, researcher at the Laboratory of Thermofluids, Combustion and Energy Systems at IN+, is enlisted in the ranking of world scientists with most influential career-long impact. Paulo Ferrão, President of IN+, was highlighted as one of the scientists with the greatest impact in 2019.
The list includes a total of 160,000 researchers from 149 countries in 22 scientific disciplines and 176 subdisciplines and the selection derives from an exhaustive analysis of research data from the mid-1990s to 2019, compiled using Scopus, the largest abstract and citation online database of peer-reviewed literature.
