Training session: Patentability Requirements 20/09/2018

The IST Transfer and Technology area is organizing next Thursday a session on "Patentability requirements". With the presence of trainers from the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), this session aims to present general concepts about the requirements for the granting of patents and utility models, as well as possible reasons for refusal of applications.

This is the first of three Intellectual Property training sessions targeted for the university's academic community, in particular professors, researchers and PhD students.
