The LARSyS annual meeting 2025 will be held at the Pavilhão de Portugal on June 14 and 15, providing LARSyS researchers a forum to engage in interdisciplinary debates on current and future challenges in robotics and engineering systems research across various sectors. As in previous years, LARSyS 2025 features participation from guests who will pave the way for close collaborations with external stakeholders and highlight significant work directions in both the research and corporate worlds.
LARSyS is an Associated Laboratory that brings together more than 400 researchers (and 200+ doctoral students) from four R&D centers: ISR-Lisboa, IN+, ITI, and MARETEC. LARSyS uniquely combines expertise in various engineering technologies and systems with a strong interest in collaborating with designers and social scientists at the intersections of arts and humanities. Additionally, it aims to foster the scientific culture of all those involved in specific research areas, as well as university students and other researchers interested in discussing challenges and shaping new opportunities for Robotics and Engineering Systems.
This meeting will once again offer an excellent opportunity to share and spark new inspiring ideas, and to launch and strengthen the bridges required for a highly multidisciplinary institution like LARSyS. A significant part of the LARSyS vision and ambition stems from the rich cross-disciplinary exchange between our researchers and external stakeholders.
The full programme will be released soon.
