António Luís Moreira
Associate Professor with Habilitation at the Mechanical Engineering Department of Instituto Superior Técnico. Received the Ph. D. from Instituto Superior Técnico, with a thesis on the Experimental Analysis of Industrial Combustion Systems. Academic and research interests in the areas of Thermodynamics, Combustion and IC Engines. Fundamental research activities have been focused on the multi-scale transport phenomena at solid-liquid interfaces with innovative potential for multidisciplinary application domains. In this area, started the Laboratory of Interfacial plues Micro-Scale Transport Phenomena at the Mechanical Engineering Department of IST. Applied research has focused in the automotive area, with contributions to projects in Internal Combustion Engines, mobility and sustainable transport systems.
