I focus on the design of new adaptive regulatory strategies and public policies for harness medicines' innovation, with the objective of enabling cell-based therapies in the era of personalized medicine, with better utilization of healthcare data. I explore digital health as a tool to foster real-world evidence and game theory for hacking the regulatory pathways around data towards more sustainable innovation in healthcare. Also working at Program Manager (Health & Nanotech Incubator) at Startup Braga providing incubation and acceleration programs to Startups.
