I have an academic background in comparative arts, literatures and cultures. Between 2011 and 2015 I was a research fellow in several research projects in the field of social studies of science, technology and higher education. Currently, I’m a PhD student of the Engineering and Public Policy doctoral program at IST, with a scholarship from the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology.
My main areas of interest are: public participation and public engagement with science and technology, public policy analysis, science communication, high education, academic freedom, qualitative research methods, network analysis, text mining analysis, social complexity.
