I’m in between the “two cultures”. I have a degree in Artistic and Literary studies and a master's degree in Comparative Literature focused on melodrama in American film, photography, literature and culture. Later I started doing research as a research fellow at IN+ in the field of social studies of science and technology. This led me to where I am now: taking a Ph.D. at IST in Engineering and Public Policy. My Ph.D. project is dedicated to public engagement with science and technology in the context of decision making and public policy. I’m taking a complex systems theory approach, and making use of AI-based computational tools in policy analysis.
