José Pereira
José Pereira has a degree in Materials Engineering (pre-bologna) by Higher Technical Institute, University of Lisbon and has a Master Degree in the same area by Faculty of Science and Technology, New University of Lisbon. He was technical advisor of a State laboratory on the field of the quality control of textiles and composites for more than a dozen years. He also participated in several I&D projects, such as researcher, project manager and local advisor in the materials science and engineering area, especially in the synthesis, characterization and evaluation of innovative materials at University of Lisbon, University of Oporto and University of Coimbra. José Pereira joined recently the IN+ team as a researcher in the Thermofluids, Combustion and Energy Systems Laboratory where he study and select new materials for superhydrophobic surfaces operating at extreme wettability conditions.
