Forthcoming Post-Doctoral Position in Economics of Innovation 26/05/2021


The Department of Economic Policy at the Catholic University of Milan is looking for a young researcher working on economics and management of innovation, and economics of science. The ideal candidate will contribute to the ongoing projects of the department, under the supervision of Prof. Fabio Montobbio. Emphasis will be given to research projects aimed at analyzing the productivity, profitability, innovativeness, and sustainability of the firms through the application of the most recent micro-econometric methodologies.

Required qualifications:

  • About to obtain a PhD or recently obtained PhD thesis in Economics
  • Knowledge of STATA, R, Phyton
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work constructively and effectively as part of a research team

Term of employment: Fixed-term 
Duration: 1 year, renewable 
Amount: € 1.450 monthly net amount (€ 19.370 yearly gross amount). The grants are exempt from IRPEF (income tax) in accordance with applicable law.
