Conference sessions will be organized in Moscow, Russia
The Conference will be sponsored by the International Science and Technology Center, ISTC, http://www.istc.ru/., with the high level support of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, http://www.ras.ru/
The ISTC coordinates the efforts of the governments of the European Union, Japan, the United States of America together with Norway and the Republic of Korea and with the support of private industry ,for ensuring non-proliferation in the Former Soviet Union by providing weapons scientists from Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States new opportunities in international Science and Technology projects. Through its political, legal, and financial frameworks, the ISTC contributes to the reorientation towards peaceful purposes of basic and applied research leading to Innovation and Commercialization, by linking the demands of international markets with the exceptional pool of scientific talent available in Russian and CIS institutes.
