a
world leading exhibition of the most
advanced laser equipment for Fluid Flow research!
Calouste
Gulbenkian Fundation
Lisboa, Portugal
Background
The realization in
LISBON since 1982 of the International Symposia on
"Applications of Laser Techniques to Fluid
Mechanics" have brought together all the world
leading manufacturers of equipment for fluid flow
research, that have exhibited their most modern and
advanced instrumentation during the four conference
days. In addition, a special session has been
organized during the last Symposia to allow the
various manufacturers to present and discuss their
most recent achievements.
The Exhibitions had
provided a unique opportunity for researchers from
all over the world to meet the leading
manufacturers of laser equipment and to discuss
their current and future needs, as well as to put
together new research programs for instrumentation
development, or to plan equipment acquisitions.
The
LISBON´2002 EXHIBITION
During the period
8-11 July, 2002, The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation
will provide a unique exhibition of laser equipment
for fluid flow research, in a way to provide
researchers from all over the world the opportunity
to meet leading manufacturers and to discuss
available instrumentation for the coming years. The
exhibition will use about 250m2 and occur during
the 11th Intl. Symposium on Applications of Laser
Techniques to Fluid Mechanics, which is expected to
bring more than 350 researchers.
