Field of research: Pool boiling mechanisms in the context of cooling application.
More in detail the research focuses on the effect of surface topography into the pool boiling heat transfer mechanism. The surfaces used are reproduction of CPUs in terms of material and dimensions, this will allow to then use the results obtained in order to develop a real case working two phase cooling system for CPUs.
