Miguel Torres Preto is Assistant Professor at Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra, where he teaches courses on Strategy and Entrepreneurship, and he is research fellow at IN+, Laboratory of Technology Policy and Management of Technology. His research work led to publications in international peer reviewed journals on issues concerning entrepreneurship and innovation. He has successfully applied for several research grants in recent years (e.g. Gulbenkian Professorhip), and his work has been nominated for some awards of international conferences.
