All papers accepted for presentation will be published in a CDROM and made available through the Conference web site. Selected papers will be sent out for a 2nd review for publication in Technological Forecasting and Social Change, an international journal published by North-Holland, following the procedure used in the previous Conferences, as described in http://in3.dem.ist.utl.pt/TFSC/. Outstanding papers will also be considered for publication in a book to be edited within the QUORUM BOOK SERIES on "Technology Policy and Innovation", as described in http://in3.dem.ist.utl.pt/quorumseries/. |
