The conference registration fee is:

$375.00 up to 07/09

$425.00 up to 08/25

Cancellations received on or before August 1, 2000, will be charged a $45.00 processing fee. Cancellations received after August 1, 2000 will not receive refunds but substitute participants are welcome. Conference registration fee includes all conference receptions, meals, and conference associated social events. The fee also includes a conference proceeding or a CD Rom.
