"ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY 2000": a project promoted by the Academy of Engineering, by the Society of Engineers and by the Portuguese Industrial Association, including a series of 18 sectoral studies and 5 "horizontal" analyses, aimed to discuss and identify major trends in engineering and technology in Portugal, in order to promote the sustainable development of the country.
